All submissions will be blind reviewed by the Program Committee on the basis of technical quality, relevance to conference topics of interest, originality, significance, and clarity. All accepted and presented papers will be published in ICSIE 2024 conference proceedings ISBN: 979-8-4007-1776-5, which will be published in the International Conference Proceedings Series by ACM, archived in ACM Digital Library, and indexed by EI Compendex, Scopus, and submitted to be reviewed by Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index ISI Web of Science.
