Digitalization, which was more on the agenda during the Covid-19 pandemic experienced by the whole world in 2020, is used to develop new business models, to combine information, digital technologies, and company resources with new combinations for unique customer experiences, to create new products and services, and to increase the efficiency of company resources. Organizations around the world have entered a digital transformation, which requires adapting to new conditions and expectations and being ready for changes. Even the most successful organizations face serious challenges in this transformation.
