The World Carnival Commission WCC, led by its President and Community leader Henry Antoine is a Canada-based network organization with over 30 years of experience supporting and advocating for the global Carnival sector, in particular those rooted in African and Caribbean heritage, is proud to co-host the 2025 International Carnival Summit in partnership with International renowned Carnival expert Pax Nindi FRSA Global Carnivalz, UK and the World Junkanoo Festival. This four-day event, themed “The Business of Carnival,” will take place at the University Conference Hall in Canada from June 23 to June 29, 2025.
