Conference Scope The WCHBE 2025 conference aims to provide a global platform for experts, professors, scholars, and engineers from worldwide universities, research institutions, and businesses to share their professional experiences, expand their networks, engage in face-to-face discussions on new ideas, and showcase their research achievements. The focus of this conference is on Water Conservancy, Hydropower, Building Engineering and application of optics and optoelectronics in these fileds. Authors are invited to submit their papers in English through the conference submission system. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously.
