Malaysian Directors Academy (MINDA) is an independent organisation dedicated to enhancing board effectiveness by promoting and equipping Malaysian Directors with world class knowledge, skills and mindset required to perform to a consistently high standard. As a recognised professional body by the regulators, MINDA will represent the voice of Malaysian Directors by transitioning itself as the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia (ICDM) to promote corporate governance by maintaining and enhancing the credibility of directorship as a profession. MINDA or ICDM offers numerous services for directors namely director & board effectiveness assessment, director's coaching, continuous professional education through director development programmes, professional qualification & membership, director's sourcing & placement as well as offer policy advice, policy-oriented research and advocacy services from a broad multi-disciplinary perspective.
